[2.1.10] Entirety of game content renders as bright pink on macOS; regression from 2.1.9; UI elements not affected

Hi there, I hope you are well. I've just downloaded game version 2.1.10 after noticing there were some optimisations made to the macOS version of the game (very much appreciate the love for macOS users by the way). It seems something may have gone wrong. I've attached screenshots, it's probably best just to take a look at them. The entirety of the actual game content (sans UI elements) appears pink. I noticed that smoke renders normally above the pink tiles, amusingly. This did not occur in 2.1.9 with the same modlist and configuration. I'll attach my config, a log from opening up a save and closing it, and my modlist.

Thanks again for the love for macOS. Once I am able to play the game on the latest version, I'm sure those VRAM usage improvements will come in handy on my 8 GB memory device.
