Final Fulgora EM potion plant

This is my design to take only the two native Fulgora resources (scrap and heavy oil) and turn them into rocketships full of EM potions. Here are the factory specs: (my scrap recycling tech is at level 25)

Inputs: two fully stacked belts of scrap (480/s) and two ports for heavy oil (<500/s each)
Outputs: 100/s of EM potions loaded onto 12 rockets .. can launch 12000 EM potions every 2 minutes at full output

- All intermediate resources except holmium ore are overconsumed so the factory cannot jam.
- Batteries are underproduced by scrap recycling, so additional batteries are produced from shared sulfur/sulfuric acid line in center.
- Holmium ore is not trashed, but builds up to fill unreserved spots in cargo wagons.
- Factory stops when steel chests and rockets are completely filled with EM potions, but autostarts upon rocket launch.
- Factory was designed with scrap productivity tech at 25; factory should work fine (although more slowly) with tech levels lower than 25, but may underconsume some intermediate resources with tech levels >25. It's pretty close to the edge on low density structures and holmium ore.
