I do not have exact steps to reproduce but I will try my best to help this great game.

1. What did you do?

New save file started on 2.1.7, light in mods but beside few loaders nothing was placed / used during the crash.
I was reverting underground belts using map view.

2. What happened?

Game crashed (log in attachment).

3. What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Game to not crash.

4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

I loaded last save state but this was ~20 minutes old and I was not able to replicate the issue.
I have around 2k entities missing materials and bitters attacking one flank constantly damaging / destroying turrets.

Do you have a save file i could use to reproduce the crash? Log file alone is absolutely not helpful in this case and without a reproduction this type of crashes are more likely to be a random memory bit flips than actual issues.

This is the latest autosave that I have. The save before the error was already overwritten after I tried to replicate the situation few times, without any success. I have 15 minutes autosave window and the crash occurred ~10 minutes after last save. Situation has not repeated itself yet.

As I do not have ECC memory I fully accept space ray bit flip explanation. Thankyou for your time.
