[2.1.9] [Steam Deck] Onscreen keyboard appears even when using physical keyboard

I've been playing Factorio on my Steam Deck, docked to my TV, using a USB mouse and keyboard. Since 2.1, whenever any text entry field appears on screen, the onscreen keyboard appears. This is not useful to me, since I already have a physical keyboard. It's very annoying, since the onscreen keyboard often covers important UI elements (like the confirm button in the save menu).

This can be worked around by starting the game in Desktop mode, but I would prefer to not have to make that switch.

What did you do?

1. Start the Steam Deck in gaming mode
2. Launch Factorio
3. Ensure that the control scheme is set to "keyboard"
4. Open a save
5. Press Control-F (alternatively, go to pause menu and open the save game pop-up)

What happened?

The on-screen keyboard appeared.

What did you expect to happen instead?

I expected the on-screen keyboard to not appear, since the control method was set to "keyboard".

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

Always.
