[2.1.8] Being stuck when you place an underground pipe beneath your character

How did I found this bug?
I wanted to place a pipe corner from the left side to the bottom side. I was in front of the normal pipe (not the underground pipe) and placed the underground pipe beneath my character. The result is being stuck until I pick up the normal pipe or the underground pipe which was directed to the bottom side. Saving and restart the game didn't change anything.


You have to be kinda precised where you place your character before placing the underground pipe:
It will work from every side. The pipe direction doesn't matter at all.
If you now place your character to this pipe and place and underground pipe on this side, you will get stuck. It only works with underground pipes. normal pipes cannot be placed.
In my video I could reconstruct the bug:
1st time from the top
2nd time from the left
3rd time from the left, but I left some very small space between the pipe and my character (resulting the bug isn't present this time)
4th time from the bottom
5th time from the right
6th time from the right after showing that it's only possible with the underground pipe.
