Adding emojis support for mod names

Hi, the mod portal allows titles with emojis, yet they won't work ingame.
Note that the unicode symbols that modders will opt to use instead will show up in the installed mod list, but not in the update available list :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :?
