[2.1.8] Science production information not displayed

As can be seen in the picture, on the top right the science status is not showen.

I played in this game some hours in singleplayer first, then another player came along and i started it in multiplayer, it did not return.
I searched now for 20 minutes and did not find a possibility to activate it, i hope this will not get awkward.

forgot the log file...

What did you do? -> nothing, i swear
What happened? -> no science status bar on top right
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway! -> a status bar to be displayed as i am used to
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes? -> it happened now 3 of 3 times.

You should be able to run this command to restore it:
