[Genhis][2.1.8] "not enough platform hub storage space available" alert even tho the planet cannot satisfy the request

The platform displays the warning "Not enough platform hub storage space available." whenever my cargo platform arrives at a location that could potentially fulfill a request larger than the available storage, even if the location cannot actually provide that many items.

It appears that the platform reserves storage for the full requested amount rather than the amount that is actually available to import.

Steps to reproduce
* Build a space platform with enough hub storage for, for example, 10,000 Ice.
* Create a request for 100,000 Ice.
* Travel to a planet that has significantly less than 100,000 Ice available for export (less than the platform's free storage).
* Observe the warning "Not enough platform hub storage space available."

Expected behavior
The warning should only be shown if the amount that can actually be imported would exceed the available platform hub storage.

Actual behavior
The warning is shown based solely on the requested amount, even when the exporting location cannot provide enough items to fill the platform's storage.
