[2.1.7] Numpad Enter is now regular Numpad in the key bindings

So, before I could bind Numpad Enter exclusively to something. Not it's just a regular Enter key.
Not sure if it's a bug, but here it is.

It is intended. When num-lock is enabled the keys are treated as duplicates of the non-numpad-keys. When num-lock is disabled then it acts as duplicates of the function keys on the numpad. Related to: 28934

If you want, you can force disable this behavior in the config file by un-commenting and setting enable-numpad-hiding to false.
