Increase big power pole circuit wire reach for all entities

TL;DR
Make big power poles' circuit wire reach equal to it's power wire reach for all entities
What?
For red and green wires, currently big power poles can reach each other easily, but for other connections it's the standard reach of 8 (9 because it's a 2x2 building) tiles as with all other logic entities. Make circuit wire reach the same as power reach of 32 tiles.
Why?
This would make big power poles more useful, as well as make a new way to connect circuit entities far away without having to place another 2x2 big power pole in the middle of a circuit. Also, for some reason, a wooden power pole suffers from it's small power wire reach with a penalty to circuit wire reach (as seen in the screenshot), why doesn't it work the same for big poles by extending the connectivity distance based on wire reach, that for me is an inconsistency.

There are other similar suggestions on the forums also, for me this would make a perfect fit for a final update, especially with all the new logic features we saw in recent FFF's.

The maximum wire reach is determined by the lessor of either end of the connection - it is not the Big Power Pole which is limiting the circuit_wire_max_distance - it is pretty explicitly set at the prototype stage to use these constants.
