Cryo Plant Reflection

Hi,

I just realized that the Cryogenic Plant uses the Foundry silhouette for the reflection on water, I checked in the data as well and the code supports my finding.
Maybe the fix can make it into 2.1 which I am very excited for, especially the new rocket silo animation is beautiful :3
