When mods are updating, clicking the changelog button of any mod stops the progress bar from moving forward visually. Mechanically, the mod downloads to 100% and then pauses. No further mods are downloaded as long as any mod changelog window is open.
As soon as the changelog window is closed, the mod progress bar updates to actual current progress. If it was 100%, only at that moment it starts downloading another mod update.
This is a problem, because leaving the changelog window open and switching to another app stops your update downloading progress.

Re: Opening changelog in mod update window stops mod downloading progress
Thanks for the report. I looked into this a few times and wasn't able to come up with a nice solution. One option is to just disable the changelog button when downloading.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
