[2.0.73] space platform tiles marked for destruction getting copied

When copying / cutting / blueprinting space platforms, the tiles marked for destruction are also getting copied.
I would not expect this, since entities marked for destruction are usually ignored.

This will likely only affect situations where one wants to redesign or replace parts of the spaceship, where building fails due to holes caused by undestructed space platform tiles.

Copying the structures, destructing everything and pasting in the same place again should build the logically valid structure, that failed initial build due to (de)construction order dependencies.
