Configuring ghost locomotives

Make it possible to configure ghost locomotives

What?

When you left click on a locomotive ghost, you should be able to configure it the same way you can configure an existing locomotive, which includes changing its schedule, interrupts and its color. Right now, left clicking on a locomotive ghost does nothing.

Why?

Adding this removes some friction between the player and the game.
