Add option to display normal quality dot/icon on items & signals etc...

TL;DR

Adding an option to always show normal quality icons on items

What?

I quite often find the lack of the normal quality icon confusing so I would really like a option to always display the icons of normal quality items/signals/etc.

Currently this is how it looks:

With the requested option it would look something like this:

And while at it, perhaps a separate option to allow for quality icons to be available for selection at the start of the game would be nice to have.

Why?

For me this is an accessibility issue as my brain has a hard time handling implicit information when there is no reason why it couldn't be explicit. Surprise, someone neurodivergent plays factorio.
I understand that the lack of an normal icon probably is by design and that most people don't have a problem with this, so I think an option would be the best way to go.
