Platform isn't dropping requested cargo to the planet

I have a platform that travels between Vulcanus and Nauvis, and it's supposed to drop off a ton of green belts every time. It's done this for ages without any issue, but it recently stopped working properly. It will only drop the belts off if I manually tell it to do so, and I'm unsure why. I've tried to build a ton of cargo bays in case it was a bandwidth issue, but it's not really presenting any results.

The problem is your “Platform Spare Parts” logistic group, which contains a request for turbo belts from Nauvis. That stops the belts from being dropped to Nauvis.

If a platform has a request for an item from the current planet, the platform won’t use its stock of that item to fulfill requests from landing pads.
