Crash on reaching Main Menu [2.0.76]

Play menu simulation and remain at the main menu normally

Detailed explanation:
I'm experiencing a strange, semi-frequent crash on starting up the game with mods loaded. It goes through the initial loading screen as normal without errors or issues, and then about 50% of the time when I get to the main menu and it starts playing a background simulation, it freezes for a moment and then crashes. I've confirmed it's not a crash when trying to play a specific menu simulation from a mod or something, as I've left it running on the main menu on times it didn't crash and let it play through all of the simulations without crashing. That said, there are a handful of simulations that make the menu pause for a split second when it switches to them - I'm unsure which specific ones cause this. This issue also happened when playing on 2.0.73

I'm guessing if it has randomly chosen one of the simulations that cause a hiccup as the very first simulation to play, that hiccup makes the game think it's crashed.

It appears my issue was that the graphics setting was on X11 for some reason. I changed it to Wayland and have been able to launch multiple times without crashing.
