[2.0.76] unintuitive rail block merge, leading to deadlocks

[2.0.76] unintuitive rail block merge, leading to deadlocks

In this screenshot, the block above the crossing in the middle seems not intuitively merged for me. Since there is a signal before the crossing coming from NW and a signal after the crossing going NE, I would never expect these directions to be a single block.
