If you want more holmium - you need more scrap. This is fact. So the only way to get more specific items - process more scrap.
Here is my idea, which is pretty scalablem especiall when you have fundament to bring multiple belts from source.

in my case it is 4 stacked turbobelts, but you can easily do more, just put more space between upper and bottom blocks
Then each block can be "parsed" with required items to separate belt:

And the rest should be scrapped to nothing as fast as possible:

And as output you receive separate belts of required items. Just take more scraps and put more recyclers:
