First of all two green belts pretty easy to produce, instead of three and more belts.
Second part - hab output. With some tricks I was able to connect 40 legendary stack inserters to output two green belts for each science except promethium (anyway it requires 120 sec instead of 60, so one green belt is enough for this). There are actuelly 10-12 belts in reserve, which I use to put ore/calcite from hub, and yes, we can try to reuse them for science, but it will not give you a full third belt for each extra-nauvis science. So - two green stacked belts is standard limit, if you do not want to do something very complicated.
It gives you 28800 science pack/minute, so with promethium researching you can reach 500k/min SPM in pretty reasonable time.
