[2.0.76] "ignore surface conditions" checkbox missing

In the editor mode, the checkbox to ignore surface conditions appears to be gone.

Here are some threads showing/mentioning that it existed until at least 2.0.55:

I can't find anything in the changelog mentioning a removal of this checkbox. So maybe my game is bugged somehow?

I have disabled all mods, started a new game, entered editor by typing "/editor" twice. Then in the surfaces tab I get this:

This checkbox only shows up when you have mods enabled that are using a "space travel" feature flag. Not a bug.
