[2.0.73] Joining MP game causes "Downloading map from other peers failed.""

Hey there,

I have been trying to join a Dedicated Multiplayer Server, after downloading (before loading). I got the message "Downloading map from other peers failed. Please try again.". This is a common problem for me but usually it works on the next try. But this time it doesn't, this problem consists since 5 days now.

What I have tried:
- Retry
- Restart game
- Check consistency of files with steam

Game Version: 2.0.37 (build 84377 expansion, win64)
Mods:
- base 2.0.73
- elevated-rails 2.0.73
- quality 2.0.73
- space-age 2.0.73

I can join other servers, only this one seems to fail, others can join this server aswell.

Failed map downloading is caused by some router or firewall between the server and you thinking the map packets are some kind of DOS or attack and throttling/blocking them. Functionally, map downloading is no different than any other internet traffic, except a lot of identical sized packets as the download happens.
