Electromagnetic Plant outputting Heavy Oil instead of Electrolyte

What did you do?
Placed Electromagnetic Plant, fed the maschine with all inputs and selected the recipe for Electrolyte
What happened?
Instead of Electrolyte, the Electromagnetic Plant output gave Heavy Oil
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected to get the fluid Electrolyte
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It happened to me only in this playthrough.

Did you rotate the Input/Outputs or change the recipe of the Electomagnetic plant? There is a pipe inside the plant which holds fluid that must be flushed, separate from the output buffer.
