[2.0.72]Corrupted Save file crashes. Biter Spawner in incorrect position

[2.0.72]Corrupted Save file crashes. Biter Spawner in incorrect position

Hi All

My current save appers to have a corruption where a Biter Spawner and Biter have appeared in the middle of the base. One of the logfiles mentioned that the biter-spawner entity was in the wrong/unexpected position. The save now crashes at random or whnever there is interaction with the biter/spawner.

Save and logfiles attached. Issue is repeatable by shooting either the biter or the spawner.

Can anyone correct the save for me?
