Fluid tendency indicator

It would be useful if there could be a green or red tendency arrow in any fluid window, which shows the tendency of fluid to rise or fall averaged over several ticks. Sometimes the only way to monitor fluid levels in a system in real time is to hover over the number with your cursor, so it would be great if there could be a simple visual indicator of a positive or negative indicator.
