Elevated pipes

Elevated rails already in the game, why not pipes?

Also, this will probably need elevated pump added, as a mod currently not very correctly handles that imo.

Why?

They is quite useful for building in tight places and building over obstacles/water (especially where you can't use underpipes: in some places on platforms, or on volcanus over lava). Also, elevated pipes is very much a thing IRL.
