Cheat Bus with starter ores

was wondering if someone could make a mod that adds a decaying starter bus that outputs iron ore, copper, stone , and coal.

i have never been a real fan of the very early game and dont want to use other cheat mods to gain a bunch of miners, power, and everything required to get a factory started, just somthing very simple.
