After a vehicle with toolbelts in its module slot is destroyed and rebuilt by worker robots, the vehicle itself and its fuel are restored, but the modules and cargo items are not.
However, the cargo capacity remains extended even though all the toolbelts are gone.
This abnormally extended cargo capacity is only reset when a new toolbelt is inserted.
(This is maintained even if the vehicle is destroyed and reinstalled again.)
As a result, you can install other modules in the slots that overlap with these 'phantom toolbelts'.
This only occurs with toolbelts, not energy shields nor exoskeletons, etc.

Re: [2.0.60] Abnormal cargo expansion after vehicle reconstruction.
Thanks for the report. This issue is now fixed for 2.0.67. It was affecting cars and spider-vehicles.
