[2.0.60] Foundries, EM plants and Cryo plants not setting recipe

I tried to set recipes to foundries through circuits and I thought my circuit was setup wrong until I figured out that the foundry doesn't set the recipes for the foundry or the big mining drill but it does set it for example the belt...

Same goes for the EM Plant for either the EM Plant, lightning rod and lightning collector

Same goes for the Cryogenic plant, it doesn't set the recipe to craft the cryogenic plant itself

Is the recipe researched and does the planet you built them on satisfy the recipe surface condition?
