Edit Description preview button

It would be nice if there was a way to preview the description when editing it for a mod, as markdown syntax varies depending on the implementation, so as to not have to test on a live mod what works and what doesn't
This has already been suggested here viewtopic.php?p=298761&hilit=preview#p298761 and here viewtopic.php?p=174440&hilit=preview#p174440 but i'm making this post as a single suggestion.
