Mod portal browsing

TLDR a back and forward button in the mod portal.

I think this would allow the in game mod portal to be much easier to browse especially if mb4 and mb5 work like they would in a web browser. This would make going back and forth between mods and their dependencies able to be done quickly without finding the original mod again.
