[2.0.60] Furnace type entities does not respect per recipe module restrictions

For assembling machine type entities, recipe-specific disallowed modules will be kicked out to the "assembling machine dump" inventory after changing recipe. It is not the case with furnace type entities. Only affects modded furnace recipe that disallow module effect type via setting allow_quality, or allow_productivity, etc to false. Affects both furnace and recycler.
