destination station selection with circuit network conditions

Post by Josh149 »

Is it possible to make a train go to one of several stations if a condition is met at that station? For example, an ammunition train is at a central holding station, and I have 4 exterior walls, north (N), south (S), east (E), and west (W), each with a train stop that sends signals to the circuit network when it needs ammunition. The question is: if any station signals that it needs ammunition, can the train be made to go to that station and return to the holding station without having to go through the rest of the stations?

If you instead name all wall stations the same it is the normal use case for station limits. At each of the wall stations set the station limit to 0 via local circuits unless it requires ammo. In the trains schedule only set the central holding and the wall station and it will wait in central until a wall station requires ammo.
If you require different names for the wall stations for some reason you can create interrupts in the schedule but you will have to set up one interrupt for each station then.
