Suggestions as per title. Please add the ability to drag the upgrade planner over stuff and let it use the best quality items the factory currently has available.
One of the major downsides of quality is that it adds a lot of micromanagement to upgrading stuff as better quality items become available. Quality complicates blueprinting and upgrading. If there was an option to use the highest quality stuff available at the time it is blueprinted/upgraded, it would drastically improve the use of quality items.

It's specific to that quality, rather than using the best available.
If I tell something to upgrade to green quality, it's not going to use my blue or purple qualities. It shouldn't, I may want to use them elsewhere. Similarly if I tell something to upgrade to blue, but don't have enough, I'll get a constant spam notice that there's insufficient items for the bots to work. For such a simple concept, it takes a ridiculous amount of micromanaging.
A best available option would allow someone to drag the upgrade planner over it and only upgrade what is currently available. That would stop them from spamming me about insufficient quality for an extended period of time. It's really easy to drag an upgrade planner over everything, but it's not so easy to tell only a small subset of that order to forget about the upgrade because there's not enough quality items available. Especially if some of those items were previously upgraded, because downgrading will target things that have already been upgraded.
Blueprints are just as bad. I unlocked biolabs and was building out a new section, at first I started using my best quality stuff, only to realize that I was making a blueprint that couldn't be used elsewhere because I don't have a mass quantity of quality labs available. If I could tell a blueprint, use the best we have, it would eliminate a lot of the micromanaging of creating a basic blueprint with no quality and then upgrading only a small subsection of it.

Second this, and when selecting "Best" it should understand related items. Modules come in both quality and level, all 15 should be considered when selecting "best". Some mods add things with even more levels.
