[2.0.55] Can't Insert from Reactor to Landing Pad

What did you do?
Placed Nuclear reactor next to Cargo landing pad to use as it's container for fuel in and out.

What happened?
When the fuel is used up and the Depleted uranium fuel cell is in the reactor output slot the inserter continues to say Waiting for source items and does not remove the cell.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected the inserter to move the used fuel into the landing pad.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It always happens.

Included a minimal save, but it's pretty easy to setup too.

Not a bug. Cargo landing pads are intentionally made to not accept item insertions.

The status message on the inserter seems misleading though.
