[2.0.55] Crash at 29% on fresh install

[2.0.55] Crash at 29% on fresh install

Description is essentially the title. Upon starting the game it loads to 29% then crashes. Log file is attached.

There is something wrong between steam and the game. Restart your system and verify the game installation. If that does not work, download the standalone version from factorio.com or try reinstalling steam.

Thank you much, reinstalling Steam was the solution here.
