Hello, as the title states.
1. I was looking at volume settings and wanted to quieten the music a little bit, since I crank the volume everywhere except in the game itself.
I noticed music cuts out at 11<= %. The main volume is at 7% when this happens. If I place the main volume at 11% I can go as low as 8% music volume and then it cuts out at 7%. I think this is a problem of a volume calculation when being below a certain threshold just flat out muting the sound instead of trying to lower the volume even more.
3. I expected the music to go quieter instead of fully cut-out. When I go >11% i.e. 12% the music resumes as it was playing, just that it had been muted.
4. It always happens for me.
For clarity sake I am on Windows 11 Pro 23H2, Build 22631.5472, adding a dxdiag.txt if that matters.

Re: [2.0.55] (Very low priority) Music volume when below 11% mutes instead of lowering the volume
With `Master` volume at 0.07 and `Music` volume at 0.11, the resulting volume of music will be 0.0077, which is just at the volume resolution of the audio mixer library we're using. Setting the volume any lower will simply round to 0.0.
So this is not a bug, but a technical limitation.
If possible increase your `Master` volume and lower your system (Windows) volume.
For 2.1 this should not be a problem any more.
