Problems:
1) Dropping appears unnecessarily slow.
2) Drops that don't happen in time also drop to the wrong planet.
There are 4 cargo bays on Nauvis, all with enough free space and cargo.
If this isn’t a bug but intended behavior, I recommend reconsidering it as it effectively defeats the purpose of the upper bound drop feature.

Re: [2.0.55] Force dropping is too slow and to wrong planet
Thanks for the report however as far as I can tell this is working as intended. Auto-trashing items was never intended or designed as a "drop all of these to the planet below me" - it simply *gets them out of the hubs inventory*. Where they end up - which planet or how fast - is not and has never been a gameplay feature. The platform simply drops them to the first available planet it stops at.
Additionally there's a cooldown when a not-enough-for-a-full-pod amount of items is waiting to be dropped to avoid sending a new pod every time 1 item shows up in the trash slots.
If you want items to be dropped to a specific planet then you need to configure the planet to request those items and the hub to allow unloading of those items at the planet.

If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
Re: [2.0.55] Force dropping is too slow and to wrong planet
The problem I encounter a lot is that I want some ships to keep their load and not unload an planet that requests this item. If I want to deliver calcite from Vulcanus to Nauvis, I have to request calcite on Nauvis. However now all ships that pass by naivis will drop all their calcite and deadlock and they have no longer fuel. The only option to avoid this is to request 0 calcite on Nauvis for every ship in the entire game, but the ones that are supposed to drop it. Needless to say, thats not a great solution. So force dropping is much more handy. specifically for manual one time deliveries.
I understand this. maybe that cooldown can be adjusted a bit to make it more responsive if you want to drop it without having to wait for over 30 seconds? Making it 10 seconds would already solve most problem i encounter.Additionally there's a cooldown when a not-enough-for-a-full-pod amount of items is waiting to be dropped to avoid sending a new pod every time 1 item shows up in the trash slots.
