1. What did you do?
I used super force building (ctrl+shift+click) to place new entities over a set of rail supports that had elevated rails attached to them.
2. What happened?
My personal robots picked up only one of the rail supports and some of the elevated rail pieces. The remaining robots tasks of deconstructing the other rail support and placing the super-forced entities did not complete.
Repeating this test while standing closer to one rail support or the other changed the outcome of this test (see video)
3. What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected all rail support entities, and thus all elevated rails they were supporting, to be deconstructed. And I expected my super-force-built entities to be constructed in their place.
4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
This always happens, though the exact behavior depends on which rail support is reached by construction robots first.

Re: [2.0.55] Super force building over rail supports doesn't assign robots to deconstruct
Thanks for the report. This is unfortunately a case where super-force-building simply cannot do what you're tasking it to do. We do not have a solution for this except that you have to remove all of the rails before putting the new rails down.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
