-Atomic Bombs should create water on Gleba.
-Add Late game Research Enabling Overgrowth Soil to be planted anywhere on Gleba. (like Rail Support Foundations)
This brings Atomic Bomb Terraforming to a third planet, and allows a late game way to replace any farming land lost from the bombs.
It also allows Megabases to be less restricted by unconventional map generation, gives perfectionists a way to have pleasing farm designs, and reduces map generation spam to get the perfect Gleba layout.
Besides.. Blowing stuff up is fun.

Re: Atomic Bomb Terraforming on Gleba
I believe the in-game rationale for Atomic Bomb craters in-filling with Lava/Ammoniacial Ocean on Vulcanus and Aquila is that those planets’ Tectonics are “predominantly liquid, with a thin solid crust on top”. In contrast to the rocky/dirt solid planets of Nauvis, Gleba, and Fulgora which do not have this effect. I’m not a geologist by any means but it seems reasonsable
Of course there are mods to add nuke effects to other plants.
