I built a Constant combinator and a Display Panel
I connected them with a wire
In Display Panel options window I clicked "Add new Message" 6 times
In new message 6th row (the one before last) I clicked most right field (the one with tooltip "constant number")
Field under "Or set constant" is selected
I clicked "Set constant" to close the panel
In new message 7th row (the last one) I clicked most right field (the one with tooltip "constant number")
Field under "Or set constant" is not selected
What happened?
The input field for value behaves differently depending on row. I have some Display panels with more rows where I already rearranged messages and various rows experience different behaviour. I can't find a way to consistently reproduce this.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected the input field to be selected irrespective of row.

Happens always.
Here is a blueprint string for one faulty panel. In this case first row does not select field. Second does select. Following rows all behave differently. I checked between different saves and the blueprint works the same way in all three.
