[2.0.47] Crash placing landfill blueprint (CopyEntitySettingsUndoAction)

I've reported game crashing bugs like this before, however no one seems to give a poo unless I actually do the debugging work.
This bug hard crashes Factorio 2.0.47 .
How to reproduce:
1: Have technology unlocked for logistics and building bots
2: Landfill an area of water
3: Make sure that the water area being worked on is covered by roboports that have construction bots
4: Make sure you have a personal roboport with construction bots
5: Make sure your logistics network has landfill in the system
6: CTRL + C select some of the land filled area of the water - only selecting placed landfill
7: Click-drag the landfill blueprint
8: Game freezes and immediately hard crashes with a Steam error .

Thanks for the report however I'm not able to reproduce any crash when I follow these steps. I assume there's something I'm missing since I can see in the crash log what *might* be going wrong but I'm not 100% sure I've fixed it without being able to reproduce it.

Specifically it's crashing when pasting settings onto some entity - which can happen when dragging a blueprint around over existing things with settings.

Are you able to reproduce this in 2.0.50 or later? If so, could you record a video of it crashing?

I'm having the same issue. I use my landfill blueprint to fill water and the game immediately crashes. Happened three times in a row to me as soon as I load my saved game and place the landfill blueprint by holding shift and left clicking the mouse.
Version 2.0.47 (build 82606 expansion, win64)
