[kovarex] [2.0.50] smart belt bug #0008 wrong direction of underground, weird splitter logic

the splitter seems to consider the underground to be connected to it, resulting in this weird mess of undergrounds. which also somehow makes the underground go the wrong way, which i assume happens because of the "switch" in which underground pairs to which.
