The first row in the image below is the starting setup for the bug.
For the second row, I dragged west-facing belt from the east (loader) to the west.
For the third row, I dragged west-facing belt from the west (loader) to the east (this was working before, last confirmed working in 2.0.34 but I supect it worked until the fix in the linked report, so 2.0.47).
Notice that the belt I am dragging and the belt over which I'm dragging face the opposite direction (for the same direction it works as expected since the linked report).
I suspect that the underlying bug is in the same condition as the linked report.
