Hi, I tried to link my factorio account to my steam account, but it seems to be impossible, the site says I do not own factorio, even though it is in my library through family sharing, what can I do?

AFAIK, if game is being shared with you through family sharing in Steam, you don't own the game. You can only play as a courtesy of other user who owns the game. Steam detects it that game is not bought by you, and linking therefore is not possible.
