Attempting to recreate a logistics request should edit the existing one instead of not being allowed

A common frustration I have when playing the game is I want to change how much of an item I am requesting from the logistics system, but I can't quickly find it amongst my 100 randomly ordered requests. I can see that a request already exists, because if I attempt to go to request the item its icon is red, but I can't easily find that request to edit it.

A simple fix would be that, in the item selection view when creating a new request, clicking on a red icon should act as if I clicked on the existing request to edit it (instead of making an error noise and doing nothing).

This could be taken further, e.g. showing the current request for red items in the item selection menu. But just the basic edit-if-exist instead of error-if-exist would be a big improvement.
