[2.0.43] Fast Inserter tech description inaccurate regarding filtering

The tech description for the Fast Inserter technology says they are capable of "item filtering through improved electronics". However both of the previous tiers of inserters, burner inserters and regular inserters, are also capable of item filtering.

I would expect the tech description to only mention the speed capability and not mention item filtering at all.

I figure this is just a relic from the 1.1 filter inserters, which *were* unlocked with this tech.
