used to mod Factorio just for fun a while back. Never anything crazy, just simple new tiers of assembling machines or whatnot. Trying to get back into it and also improve my coding. however, my Achilles heel is graphics. Never been a graphics person, don't understand hardly much of it, especially when it comes to animations.
The problem I'm having is I want to make a new centrifuge. So I use the local mymachine = util.table.deepcopy(data.raw["assembling-machine"]["centrifuge"]) to copy the existing one so I don't have to touch the graphics. My question is, how can I change the color I remember using some kind of tint or color code to do it for my entities back in the day, but I've tried a variety of different ways. And while they don't throw errors, they either don't work or make the building invisible. So is this a simple thing to do or not so simple?
Thanks in advance!

Getting into modding, how to change color graphics
For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
