Quality underground belts and pipes should have longer reach.

What the subject title says, it would be nice if underground belts and pipes to ground of uncommon quality and higher had increased max length. Doesn't need to be by a crazy amount but maybe by like +1 to max length per quality level from uncommon to epic quality, and then maybe a +2 or +3 for legendary quality? Doesn't need to be this either, I just think it would be nice to be able to have longer underground belts and underground pipes.
