i was a client playing with the host over lan we successfully started the game with just far reach and squeak through mods which this bug report will show as present but unactive. we have been having frequent desyncs on load and so when we started this particular save, with those two mods active we specifically saved quit reloaded our clients and tested out ability to reconnect. having found success we proceeded to play and at the end of our session we saved, quit, and shut down.
tonight we attempted to reconnect and found no success with or without the mods the linked desync report is with no mods.

Have you continued to have desyncs with newer game versions? Or have you stuck to the latest stable version?
